QCD dispersion sum rules for the vertex function of two vector currents and one axial current are considered. They are used to determine the form factor of the transition ..omega -->..rho+axial current in the region of momentum transfers 0.5 GeV/sup 2/..rho..pi.. is determined. The resulting value g/sub omegarhopi/roughly-equal17 GeV/sup -1/ is in good agreement with experimental data. A determination is also made of the electromagnetic rho..pi.. and ..omega pi.. form factors in the region of momentum transfers 0.5 GeV/sup 2/
