Classification of flexible composition algebras, II

A classification of flexible composition algebras has been completed for the case of the field F being of characteristic 3. Together with the result proved in I, we find that any finite dimensional flexible composition algebra over a field F of characteristic not equal to 2 is either a Hurwitz, or a para-Hurwitz, or a pseudo-octonion algebra.
