The report summarizes the results of the quality assurance audits for the period from January, 1978 through December, 1978. Pollutants for which audits were conducted and results reported are SO2, NO2, sulfate, nitrate, lead, and hi-vol flow rate. The operation of the EPA audit program is also described.
