Guide for preparing RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) permit applications for existing storage facilities

The purpose of the preliminary guidance document is to assist the owners and operators of hazardous-waste-management facilities in the preparation of their Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Permit Applications. Its intent is to provide sufficient information and detail to enable a facility to submit an application; however, in some situations, certain regulations may not apply to every facility.
