This document has been prepared for the United States Department of Energy (DOE) Weldon Spring Site Remedial Action Project (WSSRAP). This report presents the results of site geotechnical investigations conducted by the PMC in the vicinity of the Weldon Spring chemical plant and raffinate pits (WSCP/RP) and in potential on-site and off-site clayey material borrow sources. This document, Appendix A, contains information for Phase I of WSSRAP for boreholes, piezometer and test pit logs.
