It is shown that superallowed'' Gamow-Teller (GT) beta decays are possible for [ital N]=[ital Z] nuclei heavier than [sub 28][sup 56]Ni[sub 28], performing Hartree-Fock plus random phase approximation (Tamm-Dancoff approximation) calculations. Since Fermi-type beta decays are forbidden in [ital N]=[ital Z] even-even nuclei, it is pointed out that the main decay mode of the nuclei such as [sup 1][sub 50][sup 00]Sn[sub 50] may be superallowed'' GT beta decay, which is a beta decay to the GT giant resonance state. The amplitude of isospin [ital T]=1 admixed to the [ital T]=0 ground state in [ital N]=[ital Z] nuclei is also calculated and discussed.
