Properties of the cD galaxies in poor clusters

Aperture photometry and redshifts of cD galaxies in poor clusters are presented. In their B-V and V-R colors and in their absorption line spectra, the poor-cluster cD's are very like the rich-cluster cD's. However, the poor-cluster cD's are comparable in brightness to Sandage's first-ranked cluster galaxies, but not as bright as the cD's in rich clusters.
