Crystalline cell research status and direction

This paper summarizes the status of crystalline cell research in the program managed by Sandia National Laboratories and sponsored by the US Department of Energy (DOE). Recent advances in high efficiency and program direction are discussed for each of the three program elements which include one-sum crystalline silicon, concentrator silicon, and concentrator III-V material cells. 13 refs., 2 figs. 1 tab.
