We consider the possibility of measuring the magnetic moment of the {ital W} boson at a heavy-ion collider. We find that the cross section for the process Pb+Pb{r arrow}{gamma}{gamma}{r arrow}{ital e}{sup {plus minus}}{nu}{sub {ital e}}{mu}{sup {minus plus}}{nu}{sub {mu}} is very sensitive to this parameter and that a 3{sigma} measurement of 35% seems possible at the CERN Large Hadron Collider and a precision of 8% or so at the Superconducting Super Collider, given an integrated luminosity of 0.1 pb{sup {minus}1}.
