Three independent methods are used here to bring the remote velocity frame to the Virgo Cluster distance, allowing a determination of the velocity which the Virgo Cluster would have if it were freed from all local anomalies relative to the cosmological Machian frame. The resulting velocity of Virgo is 1144 + or - 18 km/s. The distance to the Virgo Cluster core is determined and combined with the cosmic Virgo velocity to obtain a Hubble constant of unprecedented accuracy, H(0) = 52 + or - 2 km/s/Mpc. The infall velocity of the Local Group toward Virgo is calculated to be 168 + or - 50 km/s. 144 refs.
