The expression for the real infrared function {ital {tilde B}} in an earlier paper is extended in this addendum to obtain the complete expression for {ital {tilde B}}. This will facilitate comparison of the results in the earlier paper with those in its recent applications to SLAC Linear Collider and CERN LEP physics, wherein the non-infrared-divergent parts of {ital {tilde B}} have been found to be numerically important for the highest precision. These latter parts of {ital {tilde B}} were omitted earlier for pedagogical reasons. Hence, they are given in this addendum for reasons of practice.
