Analysis of 2. gamma. and. pi. sup +. pi. sup minus. gamma. decays of. eta. and. eta. prime using chiral anomalies

Using chiral anomalies for {eta},{eta}{prime}{r arrow}2{gamma} and {eta}{r arrow}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup {minus}}{gamma} amplitudes, we determine that the {eta},{eta}{prime} mixing angle {theta}{sub {ital P}}={minus}20.8{degree}{plus minus}1.6{degree}, {ital f}{sub 8}/{ital f}{sub {pi}}=1.23{plus minus}0.06, and {ital f}{sub 0}/{ital f}{sub {pi}}=1.04{plus minus}0.07. Predictions are made for the rate and dipion spectra for {eta},{eta}{prime}{r arrow}{pi}{sup +}{pi}{sup {minus}}{gamma}.
