Anisotropy of the many-body enhancements on the Fermi surface of Pd

Journal Article · · Phys. Rev. B: Condens. Matter; (United States)
A new Korringa-Kohn-Rostoker parametrization of the cyclotron effective masses in Pd based on the data reported in the preceding paper is described. The parametrization was used to derive the many-body-enhanced Fermi velocities of electrons in the high-symmetry planes on each of the four sheets of the Fermi surface, the enhanced density of states for each sheet, and the total enhanced density of states. The total enhanced density of states agrees with the value derived from specific-heat measurements to within 2.9%. Compariso
