The Ocean Energy Program Summary for Fiscal Year 1988 is a two-volume reference set describing the technological advances and future research and development (R and D) direction of the Ocean Energy Program. This volume consists mainly of a compilation of detailed descriptions of the various R and D activities performed by the national laboratories and their subcontractors from industry, academia, and nonprofit research institutions. It also contains a bibliography of the various publications produced under the program in recent years.
