Solar law: present and future, with proposed forms

This book is intended to provide a legal and practical analysis of those concerns and other issues that will evolve with increased use of solar power. A review of the law concerning easements, covenants, zoning, land use regulations, public nuisance, private nuisance, eminent domain, the appropriation doctrine, transferable development rights, air pollution, and building codes accompanies conclusions and recommendations for application of these bodies of law for the further development of energy from the sun. Private and public interest and alternatives are considered in depth. Goals are identified. (MHR)
