In the 1986-1987 heating season, the New Hampshire Governor's Energy Office continued the fuel price survey program first begun in 1976. The survey is conducted on a monthly basis throughout the year. Thirty-nine fuel oil dealers are asked the full service, credit price of their number two home heating oil, the amount of discount they give for immediate cash payment, and their inventory level.
