This yearbook presents activities of the National Western Mining Conference and Exhibition held in Denver, Colorado February 10-12, 1982 and sponsored by the Colorado Mining Association (CMA). About 25 papers on the subjects of energy, environment, health and safety, metals, nonmetals, public lands, and mineral activities in Colorado were presented as well as position papers, policies, and other material pertaining to the CMA. A separate abstract was prepared for each of 16 items for the Energy Data Base (EDB); 15 of the items are included in Energy Abstracts for Policy Analysis (EAPA).
