The summary of the analysis of potential incentives and identification of their implementation requirements presents the results of work performed to: (1) evaluate and recommend for further study a variety of financial incentives able to accelerate alternative energy developments within California; and (2) to develop strategies and identify requirements for implementing those incentives with the most potential. The steps followed to develop the analysis are listed. Proposed applicability of new and existing financial incentives for solar, conservation, geothermal, small hydro, cogeneration, wind, biomass, clean coal, and heavy oil is discussed. (MCW)
