Correlation length and its critical exponent for percolation processes

Some critical exponent inequalities are given involving the correlation length of site percolation processes on Z/sup d/. In particular, it is shown that v greater than or equal to 2/d, which implies that the critical exponent v cannot take its mean-field value for the three-dimensional percolation processes.
