This patent describes a multi-component exhaust assembly adapted to be connected at the exhausting pipe of a vehicle, including an acceleration cylinder with an air inlet terminus and an outlet terminus remote from the air inlet terminus, the acceleration cylinder comprises: a walled housing defining a passage in the acceleration cylinder between the air inlet terminus and the outlet terminus; a hollow cylindrical body, with the hollow cylindrical body having two speed cylindrical circumferential flanges for seating it in the housing at the walls forming a chamber for receiving exhaust gases from the exhausting pipe; the hollow cylindrical body defines an interior nozzle formation tapering in the direction of the outlet terminus which connects to the air inlet terminus for receiving atmospheric air during operation of the respective vehicle; and walled passage means for connecting the chamber for receiving exhaust gases and the interior nozzle with concomitant admixture of air during operation.
