The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), requires each Federal Executive agency to submit an ''Annual Report on Energy Management.'' In Fiscal Year 1984, the Department of Energy (DOE) completed the ninth year operating under its 10-year In-house Energy Management Plan. This Annual Report for FY 1984 presents a summary of activities as well as an evaluation of the progress towards the achievement of the Department's energy reduction and energy efficiency improvement goals as outlined in the 10-Year Plan.
