This quarterly progress report summarizes the work performed using Purdue University's Fast Breeder Blanket Facility for the Department of Energy during the months October--December 1978. The summary includes a final report on the safety evaluation of the hypothetical flooding accident which has had a major influence on the design of the facility. Progress on the development and testing of the experimental technique is also summarized. Preliminary results of the /sup 115/In(n,..gamma..)/sup 116m/In and /sup 115/In(n,n')/sup 115m/In reactions are presented.
