Within the framework of the model of extended rotating (string-like) bags we study the regularities of the spectrum of nonstrange dibaryons taking into account the spin-orbit interaction of quarks. The model predicts the possibility of existence of the resonance d' (T = 0, J/sup P/ = 2/sup -/) near the ..pi..NN threshold with the mass 1.95--2.05 GeV. Two partners of d' in the spin-orbit splitting d''(1/sup -/) and dtriple-prime(0/sup -/) (..delta..E/sub l//sub s/ = 30--40 MeV) are also predicted. We discuss the possibility of existence of narrow dibaryon states with the isospin T = 1 and 2.
