Bosonization in the chiral Schwinger model

The chiral Schwinger model is bosonized in the functional framework by performing a suitable decoupling change of the fermion field and shown to be equivalent to the bosonic theory including a free boson with the same mass as suggested by Jackiw and Rajaraman.
