The purpose was to provide detailed geologic and hydrologic information needed for the orderly development of water supplies for municipal, domestic, livestock, irrigation, industrial, and similar uses. Specifically, the objectives were to: (1) determine the location, extent, and nature of the major aquifers and confining beds; (2) evaluate the occurrence and movement of groundwater, including the sources of recharge and discharge; (3) estimate the quantities of water stored in the aquifers; (4) estimate the potential yields to wells tapping the major aquifers; (5) determine the chemical quality of the groundwater; and (6) identify current and potential use of the groundwater. This report is a compilation of the groundwater data.
