Finite width overhang shading of south windows

Conference · · Proc. Annu. Meet. - Am. Sect. Int. Sol. Energy Soc.; (United States)
OSTI ID:6120891
An analytical method is presented for calculating monthly average insolation on a vertical south surface with overhang shading of finite lateral width. The technique is an extension of that presented by Jones for overhangs of infinite lateral extent.
