Suitability of Cherokee Reservoir and the upper Holston River for sauger and walleye
Technical Report
·
OSTI ID:6097469
This report synthesizes historic data for sauger and walleye in the Cherokee-Holston system and integrates them with recent studies in an effort to determine the factor(s) responsible for extirpation of these two species. The specific objective was to determine the effect, if any, that John Sevier Detention Dam and the associated steam-electric plant may have had on these two species. A description of this facility is given by TVA (1977b).
