Surfaces of superfluid /sup 3/He-B

The surface textures of superfluid /sup 3/He-B are studied on the high-energy scale of superfluid condensation energy. With the use of the Ginzburg-Landau theory a new locally stable surface texture is found. It is suggested that this new texture is responsible for the crossover in dissipation regimes observed experimentally by Ling, Betts, and Brewer.
