Second-sound absorption and dissipative processes in superfluid He/sup 3/--He/sup 4/ solutions

Second-sound absorption was measured in superfluid He/sup 3/--He/sup 4/ solutions with an He/sup 3/ content up to 10% over the temperature range 1.3--2.0 /sup 0/K. The experimental data obtained were analyzed within the framework of hydrodynamic theory. It is shown that in weak solutions, just as in He/sup 4/, the major contribution to second-sound absorption is produced by thermal conductivity. With increase in concentration its effect becomes smaller than that of first viscosity and diffusion.
