Differential spectra have been calculated for muons and neutrinos (..nu../sub ..mu../,nu-bar/sub ..mu../,..nu../sub e/,nu-bar/sub e/) from ..mu../sub e//sub 3/, ..pi../sub ..mu..//sub 2/ and K/sub ..mu..//sub 2/ decays at energies E/sup kin//sub ..mu../ = 0.1--100 GeV and E/sub ..nu../ = 0.1--10 GeV generated by cosmic rays in the Earth's atmosphere. Results of the calculations of the muon spectra are compared with experimental data. The zenith-angle dependence and geomagnetic effect of neutrino fluxes are analyzed.
