Semileptonic decays of D mesons: Inclusive and exclusive measurements

New measurements are presented of the semileptonic decays of charmed D mesons, from data collected at the psi(3770) in the MARKIII detector at SPEAR. Inclusive measurements of the individual D/sup +/ and D/sup 0/ semileptonic branching ratios indicate that the D/sup +/ lifetime is substantially longer than that of the D/sup 0/. Exclusive measurements yield the branching ratios for the processes D ..-->.. K e ..nu../sub e/, and D ..-->.. K ..pi.. e ..nu../sub e/. A fit is performed to the vector form factor in the decay D/sup 0/ ..-->.. K/sup -/ e/sup +/ ..nu../sub e/.
