Stabilization of single frequency interval mirror He-Ne lasers

A relative amplitude stability of +- 0.013% and a relative frequency stability of +- 3.5 x 10/sup -10/ are achieved over a period of 10 min or longer for a commercial single frequency, internal mirror He--Ne laser.
