This patent describes a fuel delivery pipe for delivering fuels into injectors of an internal combustion engine. The pipe consists of: (1) a cylindrical main body which has two closed ends and which is made of heat and electricity insulating material. A fuel inlet pipe and a fuel return pipe are connected to the cylindrical main body; 2.) a fuel regulator in the cylindrical main body for regulating the fuel pressure within the cylindrical main body; 3.) fuel outlet ports in the cylindrical wall of the cylindrical main body; 4.) an input connector; 5.) power supply connectors in the cylindrical main body; 6.) lead wires embedded within the main body.
