Combine gas lift, plungers to increase production rate

Using plungers in conjunction with good intermittent lift design can provide significant production advantages. Hybrid installations can extend the range of gas lift to lower pressure limits and reduce gas-liquid ratios required for plunger lift operation. The snap action inherent in intermittent gas lift is especially beneficial when lifting must be done against high tree pressures. Hybrid systems become extremely favorable if injection gas is required or re-compression charges are significant.
