Dielectronic recombination for Mo/sup 32+,31+,30+/ with L-shell excitation

Dielectronic recombination cross sections for Mo/sup 32+,31+,30+/ with 10, 11, and 12 electrons initially and involving 2s and 2p electron excitations are estimated. The first observations by Tanis and co-workers of the L-shell excitation in the resonant transfer excitation of Nb/sup 31+/+H/sub 2/ were reported recently, and we analyze the data using the Mo/sup 32+/ result and further predict the cross sections for Nb/sup 30+/ and Nb/sup 31+/.
