OSTI ID:6055870

The present conference discusses a VLSI parallel supercomputer, a message-based architecture for high concurrency, multiprocessor programming with distributed variables, the Crystal synthesis approach to parallel machine programming, and virtual time and time-warp on the JPL hypercube. Also discussed are the ROSES scheduler for precedence-constrained tasks on concurrent multiprocessors, matrix factorization on a hypercube multiprocessor, matrix computation on distributed memory multiprocessors, the solution of elliptic partial differential equations on hypercubes, hypercube programs for computational fluid dynamics, and concurrent computation in light of the theory of complex systems.
