The Interstate Oil Compact Commission represents 34 states working together in a program of waste prevention. Its sole purpose is to promote and encourage the conservation of oil and gas through established state agencies. It is the functional organization set up to administer the Interstate Compact to conserve Oil and Gas. This meeting is featured in this issue of the Bulletin. The following committee reports were presented: energy resources; engineering; environmental protection advisory; finance and publications; legal; library; public lands; regulatory practices; research; resolutions; and secondary recovery and pressure maintenance. Reports were received from the following states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, Wyoming, Alberta, Ontario, Saskatchewan, and Venezuela. And attendance roster also is included.
