DC SQUID's fabricated with YBaCuO thin films

Superconducting quantum interference devices (SQUID's) have been fabricated from thin films of YBaCuO. The devices were made by photolithographic method with wet etching. The triangular wave patterns of output of DC SQUID have been successfully observed.
