Analog of the Feynman--Gell-Mann equation and an exact solution of the relativistic Coulomb problem for a charged spin-3/2 particle

An exotic atom in which an ..cap omega../sup -/ hyperon is bound to a nucleus by a Coulomb field is considered. It is proposed to describe the hyperon by a 3rd-rank symmetric spinor which obeys an equation of the Feynman--Gell-Mann type. A formula is obtained for the energy levels of such a system.
