Hadroproduction of the iota meson observed in the K/sub s/K/sub s/. pi. /sup 0/ final state

Results from an experiment studying the C=+1 K/sub s/K/sub s/..pi../sup 0/ system produced in ..pi../sup /minus//p interactions at 21.4 GeV//ital c/ are presented. It is shown that the structure present in the data between 1.4 and 1.5 GeV//ital c//sup 2/ has mass and width consistent with the /iota/(1460) observed in J//Psi/ radiative decay and most probably has J/sup PC/=0/sup /minus/+/.
