Off-shell. gamma. NN vertex function in ed elastic scattering

Some of the arguments about the form of the off-shell ..gamma..NN vertex function are reviewed, in response to a comment of Kusno's. It is shown that there is no more ambiguity in the ..gamma..NN vertex function than provided for in the original paper.
