Bias factor for irradiation-induced swelling in metals

A simple analog to the SIPA (stress-induced preferential absorption) model for radiation creep is presented. New and interesting results are demonstrated for estimating the preferential absorption of interstitials at dislocations leaving a net vacancy current to voids and producing the well-known void swelling effect.
