Two years ago, when Britain's electricity supply structure was privatized, Britain's Central Electricity Generating Board (CEGB) was restructured into several private companies. Two of those successor companies (National Power PLC and PowerGen PLC) have proven that they are efficient generators of electricity. Now, they are emerging as eager developers of independent power plants overseas. Revenues and stock price performance of these two companies are discussed.
