Technical Report ·
DOI:https://doi.org/10.2172/5993477· OSTI ID:5993477
This report documents the activities of the Air Resources Laboratory-Las Vegas (ARL-LV) in support to Project CABRIOLET. The participation of ARL-LV in the Safety Program is stressed, but the full scope of objectives and functions is covered. A description is given of observational facilities used to provide weather services. Weather and fallout predictions issued for the project, as well as prediction procedures and techniques are discussed. A comparison of predicted and observed weather and fallout is made. The results of these activities will serve as a basis for planning and participating in future projects.
