A Rankine cycle system is described comprising: a boiler; an engine for receiving condensible working fluid from the boiler; a pressurizable reservoir for working fluid for providing working fluid to the boiler; a condenser for receiving working fluid from the engine and condensing the same; a conduit interconnected the boiler, engine, reservoir and condenser; a source of pressure fluid; an ejector having a pressure fluid inlet, an ejection fluid inlet connected to the conduit, and an outlet, the outlet being connected to the reservoir; and a selectively operable valve interconnecting the source and the pressure fluid inlet.
