Discusses the Coal Ash Disposal Manual (covers all aspects of removal and eventual disposal of fly ash and bottom ash); the FGD Sludge Disposal Manual (comprehensive processing and disposal guidelines for utility operators of lime, limestone, alkaline fly ash, double-alkali wet scrubbers); and the Manual for Upgrading Existing Disposal Facilities (in conformance with newly applicable governmental regulations).
