Unified semimicroscopic description of 24-MeV proton and neutron scattering by /sup 116/Sn

On the basis of isospin formalism of the semimicroscopic approach to the description of the low-energy nucleon--nucleus interaction, we develop a method for analysis of the isospin structure of inelastic transitions in nuclei with a combined description of inelastic neutron and proton scattering on the same nucleus. The elastic and inelastic scattering cross sections are calculated for interactions of 24-MeV protons and neutrons on the /sup 116/Sn nucleus.
