A high luminosity e sup + e sup minus collider with a crossing angle

In this paper an {ital e}{sup +}{ital e}{sup {minus}} collider with a crossing angle is discussed. It is shown, that for flat beams a crossing in the horizontal plane is preferred. The basic parameters for a machine with a luminosity of 10{sup 34} s{sup {minus}1} cm{sup {minus}2} are given.
