HVAC design delivers twin benefits

A creative approach to energy-conscious design can result in both low first cost as well as energy efficiency. The Comstock Building in Pittsburgh benefits from lower operating costs as well as a $500,000 saving in initial costs with an energy-efficient HVAC system. The HVAC system, costing less than half of budget, is described.
