Preliminary assessment of decentralized, small cogeneration equipment for Navy shore bases

Small cogeneration equipment is evaluated for its potential to save energy and money on Navy shore bases. Several economically attractive applications are identified, and the conditions under which other attractive applications might be found are considered. Other data needed for prudent application of this technology are noted.
